What Could We is an expression of possibility. When we come together in conversation, what could we see, believe — what could we create?

I work with clients in their professional and personal lives, in this exploration.

I support company leaders, small business owners, mothers, grandmothers, and more, engaging with clients on a variety of topics—from navigating professional transitions and growth to enhancing creativity, clarity, and purpose. I also help explore personal challenges, familial dynamics and overall mental health and well-being.

In my own coaching experience, I underwent what felt like a rewiring of my internal operating system. I learned to recognize the unhelpful thinking that was often running the show, keeping me from a sense of clarity, energy and well-being. In the light of conversation, that thinking began to dissolve, creating space for new insight and fresh ideas. I began to see different paths forward and to experience a newfound sense of ease in navigating life.

Earlier in my career, I enjoyed over ten years in creative advertising, working in entertainment as an executive producer and company leader. Following a yearlong sabbatical, I began executive consulting and eventually deepened my study and training in the field of coaching.

I currently reside in Southern California, having made my way west after several years living and working in both London and New York.
